Of interest, I recently learned that FlowerPetal.Com operates it's floral business model from the 15th floor of the Technexus in Chicago Illinois. According to the Technexus website, the building is used as a multipurpose "clubhouse" for the Illinois technology community. Something tells me there's not walk-in fridge up there.
