Proflowersusa.Com & FTD

Proflowers recently signed on with a company called CitizenHawk whose focus is to continually crawl the web in search of shady uses of domain name brands (often associated with typos or other variations) where trademark infringements are at stake.

Up until only a couple of weeks ago, anybody who typed www.proflowersusa.com landed on the FTD owned www.florist.com website. It now looks like FTD quickly pulled the plug on the landing page for reasons related to infringement fear.
