Even floral websites that are maintained and hosted by floral wire-services can have tracking code embedded in the website. In fact, most wire-service hosted websites have a portal where florists can make these updates themselves. And guess what? Google provides the tracking software known as Google Analytics for absolutely FREE!!! There really is no reason not to be tracking your own website given how easy it is.

Don't forget to take full advantage of the Ecommerce tracking in GA to track specific items, values, etc.
There's no excuse for not having good, actionable data :)
